We are glad to offer you the comfortable rooms located at climate pavilions (aerariums). The rooms are not expensive and are equipped with all necessary for comfortable rest.

Every room has a double bed, entrance hall with a mirror, a table, chairs, refrigerator and additional bed available upon your request.

A sterile water closet is located on the floor. The showers have hot water round-the-clock.

A magnificent view at the sea is opened from the rooms' windows.

Double or triple accommodation is possible in aerariums.

South roomsare high-ceilinged (3.8 m) spacious rooms. The repair in these rooms was made in 2007-2009.
The wall thickness and ventilation system are keeping the natural coolness in the rooms in sultry summer days.
A magnificent view at the sea and park is opened from the rooms' windows.

All rooms have modern furniture (bedroom suite and hallway furniture set), TV, refrigerator and a big loggia.

Water closet: bathroom, wash basin, lavatory pan, mini-bidet, hot water round-the-clock.

Guest house is located at the center of Simeiz in 10 m from the beach, in park zone of Ligo Morskaya. Guest house has two separate rooms, water closet, balcony above the sea, mini-yard with exit to the beach, 2 air-conditioners, TV, refrigerator. The guest house is suitable for accommodation of 2-5 persons.
